Everything you need
The details
Getting there
By air
Santa Barbara (SBA) is the closest, about 50 minutes by car. Los Angeles (LAX) is about 1 hour 45 minutes without traffic, and traffic is a real thing, so leave room.
By car
The orchard is at the end of a gravel road, so the GPS will tell you when you have arrived and your tires will confirm it. Parking is free on site, in the field next to the barn.
Shuttle
A shuttle loops from both hotels from 3:30 to 4:15 PM and returns every 20 minutes from 10:45 PM until midnight. It is free, and it means nobody has to be the driver.
Where to stay
We held a block of rooms at two places. Mention the code when you book. Rooms release back to the public after the cutoff date.
The Wren Inn
Fourteen rooms, a pool, ten minutes from the orchard. Breakfast is included.

What to wear
Garden formal
Suits and ties, dresses and jumpsuits, whatever makes you feel like the best-dressed person at the table. The ceremony is on grass, so block heels and flats will treat you better than stilettos.
Bring a layer
Ojai evenings cool off fast after the sun goes down, even after a warm day. Bring a wrap or a jacket. We will have heaters and a basket of blankets near the dance floor.
Questions we keep getting
Are kids invited?
Can I bring a plus-one?
What about gifts?
Can I take photos?
I have a food allergy or dietary need
What if it rains?
Registry
The honeymoon fund
Two weeks of slow trains and long lunches. Give toward a dinner, a day trip or a night by the sea.
Sweet Pea Home Goods
Things for a kitchen that already has too many opinions: good knives, a big pot, linen napkins.
Plant a tree
A gift toward the orchard itself. We will plant a tree in your name, and you can visit it.
